Be The Resource – 12X Award Winning Tech Startup
Black Tech Talent approached Egobee at a moment of growth.
Their mission was clear, to increase representation of Black technologists in corporate careers and entrepreneurship. But the brand did not fully reflect the strength of that mission. They needed a visual identity and messaging that felt bold, credible, and culturally grounded. Our role was to build a brand that could lead the conversation around diversity in tech.
We began by grounding the brand in purpose.
We worked closely with the team to define their voice, values, and long-term vision. From there, we developed a visual identity that felt modern, confident, and culturally authentic. Every element, from typography to color, was designed to signal empowerment and accessibility.
The transformation centered on clarity and confidence. We redesigned the logo and developed a full brand identity system. We established a messaging framework anchored by the tagline “Be The Resource.”
The new brand gave Black Tech Talent a strong visual and narrative foundation to engage the tech ecosystem.



Egobee produced a promotional video for Black Tech Talent’s Legacy Membership, highlighting the community, resources, mentorship, and opportunities designed to support the growth of Black technologists and innovators
This event is a youth-centered event created to introduce kids to technology through hands-on activities, learning experiences, and exposure to careers in the tech industry.
This event brings together Black technologists, employers, and industry leaders for networking, career opportunities, and conversations around equity and innovation in tech.
BTT Discussions, the official Black Tech Talent podcast built around three pillars: highlight, educate, and inspire. The podcast features conversations with technologists, founders, and industry leaders while supporting Black Tech Talent’s mission to increase the representation of Black professionals in both corporate tech careers and entrepreneurship.
