Important work needs strong presentation

The message had to feel accessible, purposeful, and visually aligned across every touchpoint.

The Minneapolis Foundation partnered with Egobee to create clear and engaging materials that explain their work and impact. As part of the project, we produced a Community Foundation animation that highlights what a community foundation is, how it works, and the role it plays in supporting communities. Alongside this, we wrote and designed a brochure, developed signage, and created supporting visuals to help communicate their initiatives in a clear and accessible way.

Process

We approached the project as a connected communication system.

From research and messaging development to writing, design, animation, signage, and video production, every piece was built to support a unified story. The work focused on clarity, accessibility, and consistency across formats.

Each asset was created to help the Foundation clearly explain its role, highlight its impact, and engage the communities it serves.

Community Foundation

We created an animated explainer video for The Minneapolis Foundation to help people understand what a community foundation is and how it works. The video introduces the idea that a community foundation brings together donors, nonprofits, businesses, and community leaders to support initiatives that strengthen the community. Through storytelling and simple visuals, the animation explains how individuals and organizations can partner with the foundation to support causes, fund programs, and create lasting impact in Minnesota and beyond. The goal was to educate viewers, build trust, and show how collective giving can help transform communities.partners, and the broader community.
